Basic Package after pre-inspection:

Refresher: Basic but thourogh will remove pollens, polutants, germs, bacteria, dustmites, dirt, grime and some spots.

1. Vacuum (if needed)
2. Pre-treatment
3. Steam clean
4. Rinse
5. Post inspect

Gold Package,  incorparates refresher and is ADVANCED cleaning.  Ideal to remove OR  improve heavely soiled fibers to make them look as new as possible.   This is our most popular package because in most cases  1. A carpet has not been cleaned in over a year or years.  AND  2.  The client really cares about having a healthy home.

1. Vacuum edges and corners
2. Pre-treatment with enzymes
3. Spot treatment
4. Stain treatments Coffee, tea, urine treatment Level 1(these are usually stains not spots)  In more serious cases this is specialized work!! & cost more
5. Rinse
6. Retreat spots if needed
7. Mild deodorizer
8. Post inspect

PLATNIUM PACKAGE  Incorparates GOLD package.  After all the Great Cleaning is done we will apply fiber protection with stain resistors.  This is the same stuff that is put on at the factory.  That is why new carpets stay cleaner longer when they are new. TEFLON PROTECTION.  Let me explain, just like the pots and pans we buy have teflon,  when new they are great but it wares off in time.  Carpets are the same it has teflon and it wares off but we can reapply the same teflon with stain resistors.  So you can maintain beautiful carpets.
